This is how WINNERS are MADE

-This is how winners are made :

An inspiring runner has shown once again that success and failure are measured not by the way we fall, but by the way we win.

In 2008, the then-famous runner of the University of Minnesota, Heather Dorniden, led the final of the 600-meter event at Big Ten Indoor Tracks. There were still about 200 meters left when Dorniden stumbled and landed hard on his face.

But instead of throwing in the towel, the young woman got up and ran to the track, where she quickly gained speed.

"I knew that the team's points were so close to me, so there was no doubt that the race would end," Dorniden said in 2008 on the website of the Alumni Association of the University of Minnesota. "Fortunately, it was a game at home, so all my team, my parents and my fans gave me a lot of energy and I heard the announcer say:" be careful with Heather Dorniden. "I thought, yes, be careful with Heather.

It's amazing that Dorniden has passed her competitors and was the first to cross the finish line.

"In the last 50 meters, I came across a team that I did not know I could do it," Dorniden said, according to an article published in 2009 on the University of Minnesota website.

Although the race took place years ago, the incredible resistance of the athlete still motivates everyone who experiences it.

Last week, Distractify.com unearthed the video of Dorniden's impressive 600-meter run, which caused a viral resurgence of the clip.

"I can not believe how she did what he could have destroyed her," wrote the site on its page.

In the end, Dorniden took second place in the final of 600 meters of the Big Ten Indoor Championships 2008. As a team, the University of Minnesota won the title of Big Ten Women Champion.

Moral of the story: success has been and continues to be defined as getting up one more time than you’ve been knocked down, it doesn’t matter that you fail you can just get up as fast as you can.
