"Just A Little Confidence" |
- Just A Little Confidence"
To start off I have always been a shy person, not talking a lot just keeping to myself especially when I was in high
school. When I graduated from college I knew I wanted to work with children, but I didn't have much confidence in my work
with children, I always felt weird like how can this be me as a teacher no way. So I started out at a local grocery store as
a cashier, I loved my job until they started not providing the hours I needed to pay my bills. One day I met with my Aunt
and she told me about this substitute position at Androscoggin Head Start, I applied because I was fed up at Hannaford.
Finally, after 2 months of waiting, praying, crying, begging God to please give me the job, I finally got it!!!!! I
thrived at the job so well my boss promoted me to the assistant teacher I had worked for about a year when I got the promotion.
I recently had to leave this amazing job because I got married to my amazing husband. The moral of my story is all anyone needs to succeed in life is a little confidence, determination, and hard work.
