It's OKAY...it's GOOD

-It's okay it's good :

An old story tells of a king in Africa who had a close friend with whom he grew up. The friend observed each situation in his life (positive or negative) and commented: "It's okay!"

One day, the king and his friend were on a hunting expedition. The friend invited and prepared the rifles for the king. Obviously, the friend had done something wrong in preparing one of the weapons, because after taking his friend's weapon, the king took it out and thumbed it out. While looking at the situation, the friend noticed as always, "It's okay!" Then the king replied: "No, it's not good!" and then he sent his friend to jail.

About a year later, the king was hunting in an area he should have avoided. The cannibals captured him and took him to their village. They handcuffed his hands, stacked wood, erected a post and held him to the stake.

As they approached to set fire to the fire, they noticed that the king was an inch away. Superstitiously, they never ate anything that was less than a whole. They broke the king and sent him on his way. When he returned home, he remembered the event that had taken his thumb and felt sorry for his friend's treatment. He immediately went to jail to talk to his friend.

"You were right," he said, "it was good to have my thumb pulled out." And he began to tell his friend everything that had happened. "And I'm so sorry I sent you to jail for so long, it was bad for me to do that."
"No," replied his friend. "It's okay!it’s good !"
"What do you mean by 'It's good' How could I have sent my friend to jail for a year?"

"If I had not been in prison, I would have been with you." "And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, those who are called to his purpose."
(Romans 8:28)

Moral of the story: Situations may not seem pleasant while we are in them, but God's promise is clear. If we love him and live our lives according to his commandments, even what seems boring and hopeless will be rejected by God for his glory and for our benefit.
