Would you REACT or RESPOND?

- Would you react or respond?

at the restaurant, suddenly, a cockroach flew from somewhere and sat on a lady. She started screaming out of fear.
what's going on? what's wrong?
a woman asked her, and with Panic-faced and trembling voice, she began to jump, trying desperately to get rid of the cockroach. Her reaction was crazy because everyone in her group panicked as well. The lady finally managed to push the cockroach back but landed on another lady in the group.

Now it was the other lady in the group's turn to continue the drama. A waiter ran to her rescue.this time the cockroach fell on the server.

The waiter stood his ground, calming down and watching the behavior of the cockroach on his shirt. When he had enough confidence, he grabbed it by the hand and threw it out of the restaurant.

While sipping my coffee and watching the fun, in my mind I caught some great thoughts and began to wonder if the cockroach was responsible for her behavior.

If so, why it did not bother the server? He mastered it almost perfectly, without chaos. It is not the cockroach, but the inability of women to cope with the disruption related to cockroaches that bother women.

I realized that it is not the cries of my father, my boss or my wife that bothers me, but that it is my inability to deal with the disturbances caused by their cries that bother me. It's not the traffic jams on the road that bother me, indeed it's my inability to handle the traffic jams that bother me. you know what is worse than the problem ? is your reaction to the problem that creates chaos in your life.

Moral of the story: you don't have to react to life. you should always answer. The women reacted while the server responded.

The reactions are always instinctive, while the answers are always well thought out, accurate and correct, to prevent a situation from getting out of control, to avoid interruptions in the relationship, to make decisions about anger, anxiety, stress or the hurry.
