It's just the BIG LEAF we're gonna LEAVE BEHIND...

- It's just the big leaf we're gonna leave behind :

One Sunday morning, a rich man sat on his balcony enjoying the sun and the coffee while a small Ant caught his attention, moving from side to side of the balcony, carrying a large leaf several times larger than its size. The man looked at it for more than an hour.

He saw that the ant faced many obstacles during its trip, paused, took a distraction, and then proceeded to the goal. In a moment, the little creature fell on a crack in the ground. it paused, analyzed, and then placed the huge sheet over the crack, stepped on the cloth, took the sheet from the other side and continued its journey.

The man was fascinated by the intelligence of the ant, one of God's smallest creatures. The incident left the man in fear and forced him to contemplate the wonder of creation. It showed the size of the Creator. Before his eyes was the small creature of God, small but equipped with a brain that could analyze, study, reason, explore, discover and conquer. With all these abilities, the man also noticed that this little creature had human weaknesses.

The man saw, about an hour later, that the creature had reached its destination: a small hole in the ground that was the entrance to its underground dwelling. And at that moment, the breach of the ant that he shared with the man was revealed.

How could the ant in the small hole carry the large leaf she had carefully brought to its destination? it simply could not! Then, the little creature, after all the tedious and hard work and practice great skills, overcome all the difficulties on the way, just behind the big sheet and went home empty-handed. The ant had not thought of the end before starting its difficult journey and in the end, the big leaf was no more than a burden for her. The creature had no choice but to leave to reach its destination. The man learned a great lesson that day.

Moral of the story: Is not that the truth about our lives? We are worried about our family, we are worried about our work, we worry about how we can earn more money, we worry about where to live - 5 rooms or 6 rooms, what kind of vehicle to buy - a Mercedes, a BMW or a Porsche, what kind of clothes to use, all kinds of things to abandon all those things when we reach our destination: The Grave. We do not realize on the path of our lives that these are the burdens we carry with the greatest care and the fear of losing them, only to discover that they are ultimately useless and we can not take them with us.
