Our life is like a JAR...

-Our life is like a jar :

A wise teacher stood in front of his philosophy class and had some objects in front of him. When the class started, he took a large jar of empty mayonnaise without words and filled it with golf balls. Then he asked the students if the pot was full. They agreed that this was the case.

The teacher took a box of pebbles and poured them into the pot. He shook the pot a little. The pebbles rolled in the open areas between the golf balls. Then he asked the students if the pot was full. They agreed that this was the case.

The teacher took a box of sand and poured it into the pot. Of course, the sand fills the rest. He asked again if the pot was full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes".
The wise teacher put a cup of coffee under the table and poured all the contents into the pot that filled the empty space in the sand. The students laughed.

"Now," said the teacher as The laughter died down. "I want you to realize that the jar  represents your life." The golf balls are the important things: your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions, and when everything else is lost and you just stay, your life would be full.

Pebbles are other important things like your job, your house, and your car.
Sand is everything else, small things. "If you put the sand in the glass first," he continued, "there is no room for pebbles or golf balls, and life is too, and if you spend all your time and energy on small things, you never will." Have room for the things that are important to you.

"Pay attention to the things that are essential for your happiness Play with your children Take some time for medical tests Bring your partner to dinner, Play again 18. There will always be time to go to the house clean and repair the design - first, take care golf balls - the things that are really important - your priorities - the rest is just sand ... "

One of his smart students raised his hand and asked, but what about coffee, sir ?. The professor smiled.Good question, "I'm glad you asked, I want to show you that no matter how complete your life is, there's always room for a few cups of coffee with a friend. "

Moral of the story: Focus on what is important first and there will be always a room for the little things in your life.
